Do you deliver training? Do you offer a service to your clients? Then you could turn that expertise into an audio product that will market your business and make you money at the same time. aim Your own audio product will give you a passive income and at the same time it will; [1] promote your business and your expertise [2] help build relationships with potential clients [3] create a personality and give people a strong sense of familiarity with you and your business. Remember people buy from people they know and like – get them to know and like you without ever meeting them! With an audio product showcasing your expertise and giving people the advice and help they need – you can be everywhere at once and earning money all the time. solution How can you do all this? By creating your own Audio Product (on CD or as a download) that is developed around your service and expertise. This product contains the sort of information that your clients would find useful, and prompts them the buy from you. The recording must contain compelling content otherwise there is no reason to listen. By taking this approach you’ll make money, promote your business, build relationships and give people a reason to interact with you and buy from you. why audio? Audio Products (some people refer to them as Podcasts although that’s not strictly accurate) are all the rage and for good reason. Millions of people access audio files everyday and listen to them when it suits them. That’s the beauty of giving people “audio on demand”, they can download the audio file and listen wherever and whenever they want – in the car, via their PC, on their iPod or MP3 player, on the tube, at the gym… etc. It’s an efficient use of time for busy business owners. They can learn in their “down time”. This is in addition to the benefits of providing people with information in the format they prefer. People access information in different ways. For example, some prefer to watch a DVD and see people’s faces, others will consider this far too time consuming and would prefer an audio package they can listen to in the car or on their MP3 player. The audio is recorded as an interview focused on giving advice and thereby showcasing your expertise. The interview will be recorded by a professional radio journalist and will include production elements, scripted introduction and back announcement.
